Irish Festival

Céad Míle Fáilte!

The friendly people of Clare, Michigan, believe there’s a wee bit of Irish in everyone! That’s why they celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in a big way. The town turns green for the annual festival in March, one of the City of Clare’s most well-known and beloved events.

Save the date for the 51st Annual Clare Irish Festival: March 10-17, 2026

Nearly 50 years ago, community members wanted to celebrate Clare’s Irish heritage. They aimed to create a fun event that would endure for generations. The Irish Festival was a success from the beginning!

In the years following the first festival, it has become an extremely popular celebration of all things Celtic. The Clare Area Chamber of Commerce and many amazing volunteers plan months in advance for this fun event.
