TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Rates: All rates are per person, based on double occupancy.

2. Deposit: A $50 deposit is required per person to guarantee your reservation.

3. Balance Due: The balance for the entire package is due 30 days prior to arrival date. The reservation may be canceled if the complete balance is not received as required. When booking getaways less than 30 days before the arrival date, full payment is due at booking date. A $50 per person fee will apply for cancellations.

4. Payment Method: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, money orders, and checks.  Make checks and money orders payable to Destination Golf

5. Cancellation and Refunds: Any golf package may be canceled up to seven days in advance. A $50 per person cancellation fee will be applied. Cancellations received less than seven days prior to scheduled arrival will be assessed 100% of all monies collected. All cancellations must be received in the Destination Golf office in writing 48 hours after the initial notification by phone to receive any refund.  No refunds will be made for unused portions of the golf getaway once any part is used.

6. Change Policy: Once tee times are confirmed a $ 1 0 per person fee will apply.

7. Rain Policy: Rain checks or refunds are left to the discretion of the individual golf courses.  In the event of inclement weather, please contact the Destination Golf's office. Refunds will be given if the course is closed or carts are not permitted on the course due to weather conditions.

8. Golf Attire: The general attire is resort wear. Golf shirts and shoes are required.

9. Unlimited Golf: Golf is limited to one course per day at listed package price.  Carts are included for the first 18 holes only. Cart fees for additional golf are due upon arrival at course to guarantee tee times.
